I am the Team Leader and work out of Flat Fee Realty’s Head Office in Barrie, Ontario. Originally from Toronto, I have travelled extensively throughout Ontario and understand the specific Real Estate market in Barrie and the GTA.

My listings say it all! I have a proven track record of Real Estate success in residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality brokerage services. I have sold, leased and found purchasers for a large volume of residential and commercial Real Estate over the past 6 years. My aim is to continue to set the pace for my team of highly skilled, professional and specialized REALTORS®.

I believe in my community and avidly support it through my philanthropic efforts in the Arts, with programs such as Talk is Free Theatre, The MacLaren Art Centre, Habitat for Humanity and the Non-Violence Project. I am also an active member of BDAHC. I am an avid boater and outdoor enthusiast and enjoy spending quality time in those pursuits with my family and friends.

Family is extremely important to me, and having a school-aged child involved in many recreational activities allows me to share my knowledge of both the local school system and community organizations with families moving to the area. My previous careers in both legal and real estate administration have provided me with a solid foundation for the extreme attention to detail that I bring to my career as a REALTOR®.

I have been an entrepreneur since age 19 with successful specialty businesses focused on client attention and personalized service in audio, automotive and management. It is my goal to bring the same attention to every real estate relationship. With 5 years in the construction and real estate profession, I specialize in commercial and property management, condominiums and residential income properties. Along with my professional affiliations, I enjoy supporting the Arts and Culture in the Barrie area through local arts, entertainment and theatre organizations.
