At Flat Fee, we can furnish and stage an empty home or can work with the furnishings you already have and de-clutter, rearrange and add things to show the home in its best light, helping it appeal to a broader range of potential buyers.
Our Designer, has a great eye for good placement and knows how to make a home appear more attractive, larger and more valuable. When you live in a home, you become so familiar with it that it becomes virtually impossible to see it in the same way a buyer does. An accomplished stager not only sees your home with “new eyes”, but looks at each room as if it were a work of art and arranges the contents so that they not only relate well to each other - but enhance, rather that distract from. the home’s best features.
Our first viewing, consultation and proposal is free when you are planning on having professional staging, and $60 per hour if you just want staging advice. After that, our stager can work hourly or for a set fee, depending on your needs and your budget.
